The Yelk faction had a meeting to discuss the issue of whether organizing rallies or not. Speaking to reporters after the session, the head of the faction Nikol Pashinyan said that the discussions would continue; they had not reached any agreement, but they had come to  an important agreement: each party would be free to do whatever it wanted before the faction could make its final decision. "What has changed? The continuation of the discussions of the faction now is not an obstacle for parties to make decisions for themselves, which does not mean that the faction will not continue to act," he added. Pashinyan stressed that there was no decision on taking action on April 1 and 3, but then it was clear that if they wanted to do something, the faction would not prevent that.
