Protest action by taxi drivers (video)
Several taxi drivers have organized a protest action in the South-Western district of Yerevan. They are near the statue of Andranik, and refusing to transport passengers. The reason is gas and diesel prices. There are many police officers on the spot. Henrik Navasardyan, the head of the Department of Transportation of Yerevan Municipality, is also here. When speaking with journalists, he said that this issue was being discussed at the Ministry of Transport.
