Karen Karapetyan: It seems as if you are not very happy

At the end of the Government's year-end session, RA Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan stated that that was their last year when the New Year holidays were that long. "I hope you're happy about it." When no one responded, he added laughing, "It seems as if you are not very happy."
