Garnik Isagulyan, President of the National Security Party, Adviser to the NKR Permanent Representation, thinks that now it is inappropriate to complain about the authorities. " Clashes between superpowers take place faster than regional clashes. We always criticize  our authorities, but Armenia, without having an economic base, manages to keep the situation balanced. Armenia maintains all the achievements gained since 1994. Armenia entered two integration organizations and may be a bridge between them," said Garnik Isagulyan. He believes that in these conditions, the unity of the political parties that show different political views. Speaking about the withdrawal of Russian troops from Syria, Garnik Isagulyan mentions that it was predictable. "Everything is planned. By the end of 2017, Russia should solve the issues with the Daesh, as Vladimir Putin cannot put forward his candidacy for presidential, being in war." Garnik Isagulyan also speaks about the Artsakh conflict. He thinks that the negotiations will continue to take place without Artsakh's attraction. He says that that is very favorable for Armenia, otherwise, Armenia will have to refuse to present Artsakh's interests.
