"The community leaders have been forgiven illegally. They have provided votes for the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA), and this is why they are forgiven by Serzh Sargsyan for all crimes that they committed . As long as the law is selective, there will be impunity," Edmon Marukyan, a member of the Yelk (Way out) faction, said today at NA briefing. "We knew there were community leaders who were not judged for their crimes. And now we know why they are forgiven."
