Dmitri Hvorostovsky dies
Legendary Russian opera singer Dmitri Hvorostovsky, who had been battling a brain tumor for over two years, has died at the age of 55, his family confirmed on Facebook.
Hvorostovsky regularly visited Armenia. During one of his recent visits, he said: "I loved Armenia very much, I have many Armenian friends around the world, and your land is holy to me."
