Snowfall, low horizontal visibility, ice-cover highways are expected
The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia informs that currently, all the roads in Armenia are passable. On November 22, from early morning, Armenia will be in the zone of a powerful cyclone. Precipitation is expected in the whole territory of Armenia. It is expected precipitation in form of snow in Shirak, Gegharkunik, Aragatsotn, Kotayk, Lori, Tavush, Vayots Dzor and Syunik mountainous settlements. Snowstorms, low horizontal visibility, and icy roads are expected in the mentioned sections. Also, there is snowfall in Aragats village and Aparan town of Aragatsotn region, Chambarak in Gegharkunik region, Vanadzor, Spitak, Lori region, Hrazdan, Charentsavan, Dilijan in Tavush region, Jermuk town of Vayots Dzor province and Saravan-Zanger highway.
