Sharmazanov summarizes the RPA Executive Body session (video)
On November 22, after the meeting of the RPA Executive Body, National Assembly (NA) Vice Chairman, ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) Spokesperson Eduard Sharmazanov told: "The Armenian-Russian relations are developing in all directions: political, economic, political and, first of all, military and strategic directions, which can characterize the allied relations," and he added,"Lavrov made a very clear message that three principles should be considered in one "package." The principle of self-determination is a very clear principle and without the Artsakh people's desire, the issue cannot be solved."
