Council meeting in Marmashen is boycotted (video)
Today's council meetings are held in three large communities of Shirak marz - Marmashen, Akhuryan and Ani. Of the 11 members present at the Council meeting in Marmashen, six boycotted. The latter voted against the issue of the agenda, reasoning that there was no proper notification.
