Everyone has the right to a personal freedom, which presupposes that a person can be may be subjected to imprisonment or restrictions of freedom solely in exceptional cases prescribed by law. The video prepared by the Union of Informed Citizens in cooperation with the Protection of Rights without Borders presents what is considered to be deprivation of liberty and what rights a person who is being led to the police has, the Union of Informed Citizens reports.
