Ghapama competition paralyzes the work of offices (video)
One of the oldest foods of Armenia, ghapama, spread its sweet fragrance all over Vernissage today. The ghapama festival was organized by the culture department of Kentron administrative district. Children from different schools and kindergartens prepared ghapamas, as well as other delicious dishes. Within the framework of the festival, there was a competition for the most beautifully decorated table, the largest ghapama and the most interestingly decorated ghapama. The children danced and sang folk dances and songs, and visitors had the opportunity to taste ghapama and other delicious dishes. According to the organizers, if the festival succeeds, it will become a continuous tradition. However, if we take into account the fact that the third Government, and many offices and residential buildings are located near Vernissage, then the time and place of the festival was not right. The loud music and the voice of the broadcaster for a few hours paralyzed the work of the offices and the rest of the residents.
