Ombudsman offers to show winning games at 24.00-06.00
Taking into consideration the complaints addressed to the Ombudsman, the Human Rights Defender's Office has elaborated a draft law on making amendments and additions to the RA Law on Television and Radio. In particular, it refers to the damage caused by participating in the TV broadcast “Money from the air.” Consequently, the Defender's Office proposes to amend the RA Law on Television and Radio in a way that broadcasting of such games will be possible only at night, from 24.00 to 06.00. In addition, it is recommended that television or radio broadcasters have to give information about the tariffs of calls to its viewers and listeners.
