Thirteen cases of violations at the local self-government elections
On November 6, at 1 pm, 13 materials were received at territorial subdivisions of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia on the violations reported during the November 5 local self-government elections in the provinces, which contain the crime traits, according to the RA Criminal Code. Seven of these materials were received by the Kotayk Regional Investigation Department of the RA Investigative Committee, 5 in Gegharkunik and 1 in Syunik Regional Investigation Departments. The materials mostly refer to repeating voting attempts, 1 case of voting for another person, and to directing the voters. Necessary judicial proceedings are underway to check the circumstances listed in the report. The RA Investigative Committee will inform regularly on the bases of factual circumstances.
