People's health conditions interest the Government
The discussion on the State Budget of the Republic of Armenia for 2018 continues today at the NA Standing Committees. Atom Janjughanyan, First Deputy Minister of Finance, presented the spending and programs of health and social spheres as well. The HHK (Republican Party) MP Jemma Baghdasaryan, asking him a question, noted that the health costs were reduced by 5.8 billion drams. "Does this not mean that the Government is not interested in people's health conditions? By reducing the state order package, can you improve the health of our population?" Atom Janjughanyan assured that the Government was interested in people's health conditions. Hakob Hakobyan, Chairman of the NA Standing Committee on Social Affairs and Health, also stated that the reduction was not logically justified.
