3000 children went to school late, 260 left education - Syuzanna Makyan (video)
According to last year's data, 260 children left secondary school in Armenia. This year about 3000 children have come to school from the age of 7, which means that either they did not have the opportunity or desire to go to school last year. According to Syuzanna Makyan, head of the Pre-school and Secondary Education Policy Analysis Department, some parents consider that their child is ready and can attend school at the age of 5, however, others want to keep their child at home.
