Vigen Sargsyan visits Vazgen Sargsyan's parents
On November 2, Armenian Defense Minister Vigen Sargsyan visited the parents of Armenian public-political and military figure, former Prime Minister Vazgen Sargsyan and congratulated his mother Greta on her birthday and wished her good health. Vigen Sargsyan talked to Sparapet's parents about the army's problems, achievements and reforms in the defense system, Panorama.am reports.
