We inform on the article titled as Another Lover of Illegal Hunt is a Spiritual Shepherd, published in Environmental Information Website (Econews.am) on October 30, 2017, the following: Several years ago, knowing about the hunting propensities of the priest T. Ghevond Gapoyan, within the permissible limits, the corresponding body of the diocese called upon the priest to give up his hobby, with the realization that creation is a sacred gift to mankind, and its preservation is a sacred mission, irrespective of religious belonging, gender, position in society, profession, and title. Moreover, from the side of the leader of the Aragatsotn diocese, the Holy Father received remarks and passed a period of repentance.
