For the first time , in the Roots center of Stepanakert, the "Living Library" event is organized, where books are people who tell their personal stories. The first story was the story of Lilit Tonoyan, the creator of the “soap for hope” project. She has been working for eight years as a teacher of physics at Kashatagh region. Lilit began to work with ecologically clean soaps a year ago. "The idea of producing ecologically clean soaps has been presented for the first time in Artsakh. My goal was to create a creative idea in Goghtanik. It seems that it worked, since today's community has the opportunity to visit a workshop where there are different groups of handicraft, puppet theater and a number of environmental issues, " said Tonoyan. The second "live book" was Yakov Altunyan, whose story was entitled as "Life on Wheels". The hero is from the village of Mets Tagher in Hadrut region. In 1993, he was wounded during the Artsakh war. In 2007, he founded vineyard which is now 10 years old. "Currently, I am specialized in wine making. I get more than 10 tons of harvest from my garden," Altunyan noted and added that he should never be afraid of trials but should use the opportunities. Heroes of the book "A piece of Aleppo in Artsakh", Vrezh and Hovik Asmaryan, who have moved to Artsakh from Syria, are engaged in gardening, too.
