“Education and women's power are important in any country. In my opinion, education in Armenia is excellent, but the women’s power depends on the national mentality. Armenia is not ready for it,” said Arian Kaolin, founder of the free “traveler” magazine, during the discussion on Successful Women in Armenia. During the discussion organized by Technology and Science Dynamics, the guests touched upon the role of the woman in the family and work. “A woman can be everywhere, and if a man thinks global, then the woman thinks detailed.” The founder of Photo Atelier Marashlyan, photographer Emma Marashlyan believes that faith and motivation are important for a woman. “She must be brave and self-motivated. Today's children want to see their mother developed and confident not only in the family, but also in their work.” The meeting guests did not agree with the idea that a woman cannot have both family and career at the same time. “You just have to make the right choice, and before that you need to understand what you want to become. You need to know yourself and only then you will be able to find someone who will believe what you believe and share the ideas with you,” said Arianna. “Do not listen to negative words, follow your heart, and find someone who will inspire you,” said Jacqueline Karaaslanyan, executive director of Luys Foundation.
