Discussions on the academic procrastination (video)
You can watch the live broadcast of the discussion on the right of academic dues in Article 3. The draft law "On the Military Service and the Status of the Military Servicemen" stipulates changes on academic procrastination, according to which only the students who sign contracts with the Ministry of Defense will be eligible for the academic procrastination. This initiative can be a major threat to the entire system of higher education, violating the principle and the right to education continuity. For this a group of students sent an open letter to the Minister of Defense and the Minister of Education and Science on behalf of the "For Science Development" initiative, expressing their disagreement.
