Sona Poghosyan - European champion
Sona Poghosyan, Armenia's representative, won the title of champion in the U-20 Women's Championships in the European Weightlifting Championships in Durres, Albania. Our 75kg weight classifier scored 227kg in the double-event. He also won small gold medals in the jerk (97 kg) and push(130 kg) exercises. Andranik Karapetyan (85kg), Karush Ghukasyan (94) and Arpine Dalalyan (+90kg) will compete today.
