Photos of Geneva meeting restart the negotiation process (video)
Political technologist Karen Kocharyan believes that during the Geneva meeting, the Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan did not reflect on the Madrid principles and the agreement of Venice and Saint Petersburg. The negotiation period lasted a short time. "The photos that have been published have restarted more realistically the negotiation process. After the April war, the Armenian side did not want to negotiate, and the Azeri side did not weaken its aggressive statements. It may have been pressed by the Minsk Group, but they have reached to the point that a new round of negotiations has been started."
