Amendments and Additions to the law on State Pensions
There were made some Amendments and Additions to the law on State Pensions. Particularly, it has been established that the written application and necessary documents for the pensions for the patient of psychiatric hospital may be provided by other. The pension paid mistakenly to the patients may be reimbursed if the person's written application is available, but if it is not available, these amounts are levied in court. A number of problems arising from law enforcement practice have also been solved.
