Samvel Babayan does not come to the court (video)
Today, the Court of General Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nor Nork administrative districts has postponed the trial of Samvel Babayan, former commander of the Artsakh Defense Army, and others. Samvel Babayan was not brought to the court. He had said that because of the cold, he had some problems with his voice, not being able to testify. Judge Arshak Vardanyan read Samvel Babayan's letter, in which the reason of his absence and request to postpone the session for a week were given. Samvel Babayan, Sanasar Gabrielyan and Armen Poghosyan were to give testimony at today's trial. Sanasar Gabrielyan and Armen Poghosyan were also not brought to the court. The judge informed the present that they had not been brought to the court because of the trial delay. The trial will take place on Monday.
