Arman Sahakyan: Edgar Stepanyan is able to win trips to the upcoming Olympic Games
Edgar Stepanyan, Armenia's leading cyclist, European champion of 2015, on Ocober 17-23, will take part in European Adult Championships in Berlin and on November 3-5, in the World Cup in Warsaw. For the first time Edgar is going to take part in tournaments for adults. His scored points might give him an opportunity to participate in 2018 World Championships, where trips to Olympic Games 2020, held in Tokyo, will be played. By the efforts of the Armenian Cycling Federation Edgar Stepanyan held a proper training session and is supplied with the necessary property. "Edgar Stepanyan is able to win the trip to the upcoming Olympic Games. In the preparatory phase, the results of the recent tournaments show that Edgar is in good condition and can have new victories. Together with the Armenian Ministry of Sport and Youth, we have a clear plan for 2018. Everything necessary will be done to ensure the full participation of our athlete in tournaments," Arman Sahakyan, President of the Armenian Cycling Federation, expressed confidence before the important tournament.
