MP’s wife turns out to be a better liar than his assistant (video)
"We are our Lies” will be premiered at the Boheme Theatre in Yerevan on October 5. “The lie does not recognize borders and country,” says Narek Duryan, the director of the performance. The comedy is based on Demetrius Psafas's "Liar Needed." It is about an MP who is unable to tell lies and tries to find a assistant who can lie instead of him to persuade voters. "Lies are always with us,” says Narek Duryan. "Theatre is not a mirror, but a magnifying glass,” Narek Duryan cites the words of Mayakovsky. It does its work without teaching a lesson.
