OSCE PA Special Representative gets acquainted with archival documents at Tsitsernakaberd
On September 30, Kristian Vigenin, the OSCE PA Special Representative for the South Caucasus, accompanied by Hermine Naghdalyan, the Head of the OSCE PA Armenian Delegation, visited Tsitsernakaberd Memorial Complex.
The guest put flowers at the eternal fire, respecting the memory of the martyrs. Kristian Vigenin also visited the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute, got acquainted with exhibits and archival documents, and made a note in the Commemoration Book.
According to the RA NA official web site, the OSCE PA Special Representative for the South Caucasus noted that the crime against humanity should never be forgotten and added: “Every person in the Earth must visit this museum to always remember what happened.”
