The tie-breaker in the final round of the Tbilisi FIDE World Cup will be played in Tbilisi. Armenian chess player Levon Aronian will compete with Chinese grandmaster Ding Liren. First, there will be two games of rapid chess. In the case of equality, they will play blitz chess, first 10 minutes and then 5 minutes. If the winner is not determined after that a sudden Armageddon game will be played, where the white pieces should win while the black pieces can tie the game.
