Meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers
Tigran Balayan, Spokesman for the Armenian Foreign Ministry, said on his Twitter page that the meeting between Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers, Edward Nalbandian and Elmar Mamedyarov started in New York. Igor Popov (Russia), Stefan Viskontin(France), Endrew Shoffer(USA), the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs, and Angey Kaspshin, Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, also took part in the meeting.
