Arthur Shahbazyan - Europe bronze medalist
Armenian boxer Arthur Shahbazyan was not able to enter the final of the European Junior Championships in Bulgaria and fight for the title of champion. Our sportsman (50 kg) was defeated by Ukrainian Yuri Tomyuk (2:3) in the semifinals and finished his performance. He will be awarded with bronze medal. And an Armenian boxer Boris Gharibyan, representing Russia, entered the final in the 52kg weight class, defeating Georgian Mamuka Abuladze. Our compatriot will compete with Irish Din Patrick Clense for gold medal.
