Commission set up to conduct fire analysis
By the decree of the Minister of Emergency Situations a commission has been set up to conduct fire analysis In accordance with the RA Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan's instruction, by the decree of David Tonoyan, the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia, a commission has been set up to carry out analysis of the fires in the forest areas adjacent to Artavan village of Vayots Dzor region, the territory of the state noncommercial organization "Khosrov Forest", in Nairit Factory Closed Joint-Stock Company, and Byurakan village of Aragatsotn region. The purpose of the analysis is to check the level of combat readiness of firefighting units, their course of action during fire extinguishing, to discuss firefighting management issues, to check fire extinguishing operative plans and firefighting cards compliance with real fire conditions, as well as to find out the firefighting status of the above mentioned organizations, features, fire emergence and development conditions. On September 23, the consultative process of the commission members was held, headed by V. Gabrielyan, the Deputy Chief of the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations, Major General, during which the reports on current works were presented. The participants of the consultation were instructed to submit proposals for the elimination of defects discovered during the fire extinguishing, in order to include them in the action plan-schedule.
