Foreign Minister of Armenia meets with OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs
On September 22, Edward Nalbandian, Foreign Minister of Armenia, met with Igor Popov, Stefan Visconti and Andrew Shoffer, the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs. Andrzej Kasprzyk, personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office was present at the meeting. Edward Nalbandian congratulated the US Co-Chair Andrew Schofer on assuming the office, underlining the important mission of the Co-Chairperson in achieving a peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. During the meeting the sides exchanged views on the necessary steps to create favorable conditions for the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. The interlocutors spoke about the issues related to the meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan on September 23.
