"In Armenia, it is often possible to see how the employers offend their employees," says Professor Ruben Aghuzumcyan, head of the Department of Management and Psychology of the RA Public Administration Academy. The speak thinks that management functions should have degrees. "Management cannot be organized in flight. When the director begins to support and manage dependent's job and ignores the intermediate links, the deputy, the head of the department, then a bad psychological atmosphere is created. The management is effective if there is a feedback, in other words - experience. The psychologist thinks that people should be respected or as they say, man must be shown his place. "Self-rule enables us to make right choices. You should always move forward, without insulting anyone."
