Emission attempt prevented in detention facility
On September 15, 2017, nearly at 5:00 pm employees of Artik Criminal-Executive Institution, in the room for inspection, searched K. N., detained who returned to Artik CEI from one of the medical centers in Yerevan, as a result of which two separate packages of dark brown vegetable mass were found out of the latter - 5.37 and 2.82 grams in total weight. The transparent polyethylene package included one cell phone, one wi fi device, one cellphone headset and a cellphone charger, one USB cable and one subscriber card. On September 6, nearly at 4:00 pm, the employees of Nubarashen Criminal-Executive Institution found out white powder mass in the salad that was brought to the detained V. B. by citizen K. S. On September 7, nearly at 5:00 pm, the employees of Nubarashen Criminal-Executive Institution, after a short visit, searched the detained V. M., as a result of which 8 stains of yellow color packed in black clothing, weighing 4.1 grams, 5 white oval tablets with a note B 8, weighing 2.3 grams and 1 cell phone card. On September 13, nearly at 5 pm, the employees of Kosh Criminal-Executive Institution, examining the bag of citizen K.N. who had visited the detained V. N., discovered a total of 1,8 grams of green weed mass. On September 15, nearly at 8:45 am, in the MJ RA Sevan Criminal-Executive Institution an emission attempt, in the middle of the towers, was prevented. An unknown person emissioned a packed package with a sticky ribbon. As a result of its inspection a white powder of 0.4 grams, 46 sheets of powder, 27 grams of black and 4 grams of cannabis were found. The detected things are sent to chemical expertise. An investigation is conducted, Department of Public Relations of the Penitentiary Service of the RA Ministry of Justice reports.
