Earthquake in Mexico kills 58
On September 8, at 08:49 local time, (at 04:49 by Grinvich) the RA MES Seismic Protection Survey Seismological Network registered an earthquake at the northern latitude 15.080 and western longitude 93.740 geographic coordinates (Mexico, 119 km south-west to the city of Tres Picos), with 8.1 magnitude and 70 km depth. The tremor measured magnitude 8 points at the epicenter area. The quake killed 58 people.
