People in Armenia and Artsakh will not feel shortage of holidays in the near future, Nune Manukyan, Director of Areni Festival Foundation said on Friday when presenting the upcoming festivals in both Armenian states.
On September 6, a music festival will be organized in the center of Yerevan. A famous guest, whose name is kept secret, will participate in the event.
On the same day, a wine festival will be held in the village of Togh in Artsakh.
A festival of gata, an Armenian sweet pastry, will be held in the border village of Khachik on Sept. 30.
This year, people will also enjoy a beard fest that will feature many famous bearded faces. “Even the most ridiculous festivals that will promote the development of tourism should be organized,” said Nune Manukyan.
