ECHR hands down another judgment against Armenia, obliges the country to pay EUR 4100 in compensation

In April 2017, the European Court of Human Rights delivered another judgment against Armenia. According to the ECHR decision, the Armenian Government is to pay EUR 4100 in compensation this year. The Armenian government will approve the decision on compensation at its upcoming session. In the fourth quarter of 2017, Armenia’s Ministry of Justice will receive about EUR 4100 from the the Government's reserve fund to execute the Asatryan v. Armenia judgment and its requirements in due time. The Armenian Government has to pay the compensation until October 27, 2017.
