Serviceman receives fatal bodily wound
A criminal case has been instituted in connection with the death case of serviceman Arkadi Levon Ghambaryan. According to the preliminary data, the serviceman received fatal bodily wound on July 28, 2017 at about 16:40 because of violating the rules of using the weapon. The criminal case has been initiated according to the RA Criminal Code Article 373, Part 3. Investigation is underway. Necessary investigative activities have been initiated to find out all the circumstances of the incident. Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
