Marriages on the rise in Artsakh
Overall, 368 marriages were registered in Artsakh in the first half of 2017, which is 30 percent more than the figure(283) of last year, this according to the Civil Registry Agency of the Ministry of Justice of the Artsakh Republic Most marriages (142) were registered in Stepanakert (86 in 2016) and in Martakert (52).
