Adversary targeted settlements, tried to kill a minor
The Investigative Department of Tavush marz has launched criminal cases in connection with shelling of Chinari village of Tavush marz, destroying, damaging the kindergarten, property of villagers, attempt to kill a minor by the adversary on July 20. On July 20, from 13:00 to 18:30, the Azerbaijani units fired shots towards Chinari village of Tavush marz by targeting peaceful civilians. In particular, shots were fired towards a minor (born in 2000) of Chinari village, who was at that time in the territory of the cemetery and hid behind a stone to avoid the Azerbaijani shots and stayed there for about 2 hours. For a long time the village was under shelling as a result of which the kindergarten, houses of the residents, their property were destroyed and damaged. According to preliminary data, the damage makes up more than AMD 12 million. As a result, 5 criminal cases were filed at the Investigative Department of Tavush marz. The site of the incident was examined, forensic examination has been launched, the owners of the damaged and destroyed property were recognized an aggrieved party. The RA Investigative Committee
