Azerbaijan exercises psychological pressure on Armenia. This strategy is typical of that country. “Azerbaijan and Artsakh cannot be compared in any way. At this stage, Azerbaijan is like Egypt during the years of Mubarak's rule or Libya during Gaddafi’s presidency.
