Daniel Ioannisyan: Headmasters refuse lawsuits
Headmasters of 30 schools and kindergartens filed lawsuits at the court against “Union of Informed Citizens” and its coordinator Daniel Ioannisyan. 30 headmasters, according to similar lawsuits, consider that “The Union of Informed Citizens” and Daniel Ioannisyan defamed them with the high-profile material entitled “Misuse of Administrative Resources in Schools and Kindergartens by the RPA (114 audio recordings)” published on SUT.am website. All the plaintiffs demand to deny the published information and to pay AMD 2 million compensation for non-pecuniary damage. As a compensation for pecuniary damage, 30 headmasters demand from “The Union of Informed Citizens” and Daniel Ioannisyan about AMD 65 million. All the lawsuits were filed at the Court of General Jurisdiction of Ajapnyak and Davtashen Administrative Districts, where the trials have kicked off today. Short time ago Daniel Ioannisyan posted on Facebook that that the first trial into the case of 30 headmasters has kicked off, but the headmasters refuse the lawsuits. Details- later
