Political authorities deal with the issue of sales of Khrizantema-S
The RA Minister of Defense Vigen Sargsyan today didn’t answer the journalists’ question on Russia’s provision of Khrizantema-S anti-tank systems to Azerbaijan. “We will answer all the questions in the upcoming press conference,” said the Minister. Instead, Movses Hakobyan, Chief of the Armenian Armed Forces' General Headquarters, partially answer the question, “General headquarters don’t deal with that issue, political authorities deal with it.” Movses Hakobyan assesses the situation on the border to be normal and adds that the vanguard units fully keep the situation under control. As for the assumptions that war will break out in the near future, Chief of General Headquarters noted, “Armenian armed forces can fully prevent the war and in case of necessity organize self defense.” By the way, Movses Hakobyan has no information on his possible dismissal, thought, the media outlets issued such news.
