Simon Martirosyan becomes world champion
2017 Junior World Weightlifting Championship underway in Tokyo ended with the victory of Armenian weightlifter Simon Martirosyan. Our +105 weight category weightlifter showed 426 kg result in two exercises (191+235) and took the first place. So, Armenian young weightlifters won one gold and two bronze medals.
