Lawyer: Why judges and prosecutors are not examined before entering courts? (video)

Lawyers Arayik Papikyan, Nina Karapetyants and Tigran Hayrapetyan were told on Tuesday that they would be disallowed to participate in the next hearing of the case of Jirayr Sefilyan and other members of the opposition Founding Parliament group if they refused to be examined by bailiffs.

A1+ has talked on the theme to Nina Karapetyants, President of the Helsinki Association human rights social organization.

Sefilyan and six others were charged in 2016 with illegal arms purchase and possession and with conspiracy to seize government buildings in Yerevan.
