Tevan Poghosyan: OSCE will learn lessons (video)
A1+ Company has interviewed Tevan Poghosyan, Chairman of the International Center for Human Development (ICHD), a think tank and non-governmental organization in Armenia. He speaks about the closure of the OSCE Office in Yerevan. OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier today gave a press conference with Armeian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian. “We are here because, unfortunately, we have been unable to reach a consensus and extend the mandate of the OSCE’s Office in Yerevan. We have to end our work with Armenia,” Mr Zannier said.
