Prosecutor mediates to sentence Ararat Khandoyan to 4 years’ imprisonment (video)
Short time ago at the Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts Prosecutor Hayk Petrosyan mediated to sentence Ararat Khandoyan, brother of “Sasna Dzrer” group member Arayik Khandoyan, to 4 years’ imprisonment. Prosecutor Hayk Petrosyan announced that Ararat Khandoyan doesn’t pledge himself guilty of the charge levied against him. To remind, that article implies 3-8 years’ imprisonment. Ararat Khandoyan is charged with pulling the shield of a policeman and hitting him.
