Victorious path of veteran spouses (video)
Great was the contribution of the Armenian people to the the Great Patriotic War. About 600 000 Armenians participated in the war and about 200 000 of them were killed for the protection and victory of the Soviet Union. In all, 103 Armenians were awarded with the highest honorary title in the Soviet Union - Hero of the Soviet Union. Twenty-three Armenian warriors became full knights of the Order of Glory, another 70 000 received orders and medals. Veterans of the Great Patriotic War live and create even today.
