Baku escalates situation on the border ahead of planned ministerial meeting in Moscow

Once again Baku is showing that it doesn’t attach importance to the negotiations process, otherwise it wouldn’t endanger it by making another flagrant ceasefire breach on the day of the foreign ministers’ meeting. Making this type of a provocation when everyone is expecting the results of the Moscow meeting, Baku is also clearly demonstrating that it really isn’t interested in it, and t, and regardless of what level meeting is proceeding, it continues to stick to its policy of provocations which it adopted for many years.
