Azerbaijan is trying to fill the absence of any valid word in the negotiations process by speaking in the language of provocations, foreign ministry spokesman Tigran Balayan said in response to an inquiry of ARMENPRESS. - How would you comment on Baku’s escalation of the situation on the line of contact, which resulted in the death of an Artsakh army soldier, ahead of the meeting of the foreign ministers of Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan? - Azerbaijan is trying to fill the absence of any substantial word in the negotiations process by speaking in the language of provocations. Once again Baku is showing that it doesn’t attach importance to the negotiations process, otherwise it wouldn’t endanger it by making another flagrant ceasefire breach on the day of the foreign ministers’ meeting. Making this type of a provocation when everyone is expecting the results of the Moscow meeting, Baku is also clearly demonstrating that it really isn’t interested in it, and t, and regardless of what level meeting is proceeding, it continues to stick to its policy of provocations which it adopted for many years.
