Deceased soldier awarded posthumously
On 28 April, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree to award posthumously the serviceman of the NKR Defense Army's N division, Mher Arzumanyan, with the "For Service in Battle" medal for bravery shown during the defense of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic state border.
